Seth Peters - Broker, Property Manager
Co-Owner of Refresh Management and Rental Refresh, Seth has spent years working in the construction/maintenance field while also maintaining an active real estate license. After years of practicing in real estate (with a focus on residential management), he pursued an Iowa Real Estate Broker license and is now the managing broker of the firm.
Teri Eudaley - Property Manager
Teri has years of experience and knowledge managing residential properties in our area. Her expertise and long-standing relationships within our community make her a great addition to the team. You can rest assured that your portfolio will be well-maintained and expertly managed with Teri.
Tyler Hornidge - Head of Maintenance
Co-owner of Rental Refresh and Refresh Management, Tyler now leads our maintenance department at the brokerage and oversight of our first company, Rental Refresh. His service in the United States Coast Guard has prepared him for almost any issue that may occur, and his determination to properly diagnose and repair is what makes him the best person for the job.
Wiley Hornidge - Office Support Representative
Wiley enjoys long walks, over eating, and being defiant. His lifetime passion for compassion has lead to his career with us. While being new, he brings an energy to the team that was missing before. He is usually working from home, but you can find him in the office every Wednesday from 10am-3pm.
Wilma Peters - Office Security
Wilma has spent years working for our sister company, Rental Refresh LLC, and was given the opportunity to come aboard the staff at Refresh Management. Wilma now leads our day time security team. She enjoys ruining every toy she ever gets, whining, and somehow always being right where you need be, every time. You can find her in the office every Thursday from 10am-3pm.
Winni Peters - Admin
Winni was also an employee that moved over from our sister company. She specializes in compliance, administration, and bird chasing. She enjoys taking care of her ducks, sprinting and jumping, and scheduling meetings that could have been emails. Her office hours are every Monday from 10am-3pm.
